Haywire

Haywire was created using the Sketches app. This artwork was a step in learning the sketching program. I did a lot of experimenting with different tools the app offered. As I progressed the design started to take shape and became very colorful. Did I have a subject or deep meaning behind the artwork? NO! What was intentional was the addition of each new facet or detail within the art creation as I discovered them. Getting used to the apple pen and its sensitivities as well as all the different options available were interesting and extremely fun to experiment with. I was amazed at the possibilities my imagination and this tool could create. Examine all the details and discover all the designs which contribute to the whole art piece. I titled this “Haywire” because every time a new stroke of the pen was used a small, wired excitement would come over me. When finished I felt as if I had gone haywire!
